In some aspects, provided herein are compositions that include populations of platelet derivatives, including freeze-dried platelet derivatives, methods of producing the same, as well as methods of using the same to treat a subject. Such platelet derivatives have improved properties, as disclosed herein. La présente invention concerne des matériels et des méthodes destinés à la préparation de produits sanguins. Selon certains aspects, la présente invention concerne des compositions qui comprennent des populations de dérivés de plaquettes, y compris des dérivés de plaquettes lyophilisés, leurs méthodes de production, ainsi que des méthodes d'utilisation de celles-ci pour traiter un sujet.
