LIQUID COMPOSITION CONTAINING LUTEIN AS ACTIVE INGREDIENT, AND FEED COMPOSITION

The present invention relates to: a liquid composition containing, as an active ingredient, lutein, which is insoluble in water and in oil; and use, as a feed, of the liquid composition. Lutein is currently marketed only as a product in the form a tablet, a capsule and the like because of the insolubility thereof, but the present invention has identified an optimal composition for stabilizing lutein in the liquid phase, and a liquid composition prepared with the optimal composition has a stable phase under various temperature conditions and does not generate precipitates, and thus can be effectively used as a dietary supplement for eye health or a feed for pets and the like.
