Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a method for producing a silica sintered body having smooth pore removal due to minimized and homogenized pore size, and a heat treatment method capable of producing a silica sintered body having excellent transparency by maximizing a densification process by means of viscous flow in the silica sintered body during sintering. Therefore, by using the producing method of the present invention, there is an advantage in that transparent quartz glass having improved light transmittance can be manufactured using amorphous silica nanopowder. La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la production d'un corps fritté de silice dont l'élimination des pores se fait en douceur en raison de la taille des pores réduite au minimum et homogénéisée, et un procédé de traitement thermique permettant de produire un corps fritté de silice ayant une excellente transparence par l'augmentation au maximum d'un processus de densification au moyen d'un écoulement visqueux dans le corps fritté de silice pendant le frittage.
