Un implant de reconstruction osseuse faciale selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une partie de base qui supporte, dans un état aligné, l'os zygomatique et le maxillaire d'un patient présentant des fractures osseuses faciales ; une première partie d'extension qui s'étend depuis le côté latéral de la partie de base dans une première direction et fournit un support à l'os zygomatique ; et une seconde partie d'extension qui s'étend depuis le côté médial de la partie de base dans une seconde direction différente de la première direction, et fournit un support au maxillaire.
