The method for analyzing immune response according to the present invention comprises the steps of: dispersing magnetic beads in a detection chamber; and collecting and removing the magnetic beads from the detection chamber, and then performing an optical inspection of the detection chamber. According to the present invention, reproducibility is improved since the coefficient of variation due to the magnetic beads is reduced.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'analyse de réponse immunitaire à l'aide de billes magnétiques. Le procédé d'analyse de réponse immunitaire selon la présente invention comprend les étapes suivantes : la dispersion de billes magnétiques dans une chambre de détection ; et la collecte et le retrait des billes magnétiques de la chambre de détection, puis la réalisation d'une inspection optique de la chambre de détection. Selon la présente invention, la reproductibilité est améliorée puisque le coefficient de variation dû aux billes magnétiques est réduit.
