The system comprises: a security computing subsystem, which is configured to manage the security of a development code, so as to compile the development code into an installation file corresponding to a target application and a service program for supporting the target application; a data exchange subsystem, which is configured to manage data communication between the target application or the service program and overseas; and a security sandbox subsystem, which is configured to manage network traffic associated with the target application.
