Zusammenfassung: | A sulfuric acid anodizing tool for an aluminum alloy rivet and a processing method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: S1, pretreatments, comprising ultrasonic oil removal, water washing, water film non-breakage inspection, bright dipping with nitric acid, water washing, alkali corrosion, water washing, bright dipping with nitric acid, water washing, and drying; S2, clamping with a sulfuric acid anodizing tool for an aluminum alloy rivet; S3, anodizing, comprising bright dipping with nitric acid, water washing, sulfuric acid anodizing, and water washing; S4, declamping of the sulfuric acid anodizing tool for an aluminum alloy rivet; and S5, post-treatments, mainly comprising filling with potassium dichromate, water washing, and drying. The processing method greatly improves the production efficiency while guaranteeing the qualification rate of product processing, is convenient to operate, and saves on manpower and time.
