In order to achieve the above objective, a method for controlling, on the basis of a map of the building, robots traveling in a building can be provided. La présente invention concerne un bâtiment adapté aux robots ; ainsi qu'un procédé et un système de commande de robots se déplaçant dans un bâtiment. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de commande de robots qui permettent à des robots et à des êtres humains de coexister dans le même espace et de fournir des services utiles à des êtres humains.
