A plug for refill containers comprises: a plug main body (10) and a plug lid (20) that closes an outflow port formed so as to open to a ceiling panel (12) in the plug main body, closing same from inside in the outflow direction, said plug lid being detachably mounted on the plug main body (10). The plug main body (10) comprises an outflow tube (11), a tubular outer wall (13), and an attachment tube (15).
