ANTIOXIDATIVELY ACTING PREPARATION MADE OF PLANT-BASED RAW MATERIALS FOR TECHNICAL FORMULATIONS, AND PRODUCTION METHOD

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein antioxidativ wirkendes Präparat für technische Formulierungen sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung. Das Präparat enthält eine Mischung pflanzlicher Extrakte aus unterschiedlichen pflanzlichen Roh- und/oder Reststoffen, wobei die Mischung wenigstens einen Massenanteil von Polyphenolen an der Trockenmasse des Präparats von wenigstens 0,1 bis 50 Mass.-% und einen Massenanteil von Glucosinolaten und gegebenenfalls deren Abbauprodukten an der Trockenmasse des Präparats von wenigstens 0,1 bis 10 Mass.-% aufweist. Durch die Mischung mehrerer pflanzlicher Extrakte aus unterschiedlichen pflanzlichen Roh- und/oder Reststoffen wird eine hohe antioxidative Wirkung erreicht. Damit eröffnet sich die Möglichkeit, mit dem vorgeschlagenen Präparat vollständig biobasierte Medien/Werkstoffe mit hoher Oxidationsbeständigkeit herzustellen. By mixing multiple plant extracts from various plant-based raw materials and/or residual materials a high antioxidative effect is achieved.
