Zusammenfassung:	A cell capturing device and a machining method therefor. The cell capturing device comprises a transparent base and pyramid-shaped capturing structures. Identifiers and the pyramid-shaped capturing structures are finely machined on the transparent base, and the identifiers correspond to the pyramid-shaped capturing structures to assist cell localization observation. Each pyramid-shaped capturing structure consists of a nanowire pyramid as well as a hollow cylinder at the bottom, the nanowire pyramid is integrally of a tetrahedral structure, faces of the nanowire pyramid are hollowed out, only nanowires at the edges are reserved, and the cylindrical hollow structure is located below the nanowire pyramid to achieve the location limitation of captured cells. The present invention further provides a pyramid-shaped capturing structure and a fine machining method for the capturing device.
