DIALOGUE MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM, AND TERMINAL AND STORAGE MEDIUM

Disclosed in the present application are a dialogue management method and system, and a terminal and a storage medium. The method comprises: drawing a task flow chart according to dialogue logic, and storing the task flow chart in a database, wherein the task flow chart is composed of an API interface node, a slots filling node, a script node, an NLG reply node and a judge node, and the task flow chart comprises at least one user intention in a dialogue flow; during a human-machine dialogue, identifying a user intention according to speech stream data of a user, and acquiring a corresponding task flow chart according to the user intention; parsing the task flow chart, so as to acquire the dialogue flow; and executing the dialogue logic according to the dialogue flow. By means of the embodiments of the present application, the application flexibility of a task flow chart is improved, and the development and maintenance difficulty is greatly reduced, such that more complex dialogue management scenarios can be d
