L'invention concerne des dispositifs, des systèmes et des procédés de restauration de la sensation tactile chez un sujet, à l'aide d'un nanogénérateur implanté par voie sous-cutanée qui est connecté à au moins l'un des nerfs sensoriels du sujet et conçu pour produire un signal électrique lors d'un stimulus externe et fournir le signal électrique au nerf sensoriel pour ainsi stimuler le nerf conformément au stimulus externe.
