Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a lithium-ion battery comprising a cathode comprising an active material comprising lithium nickel cobalt aluminum oxide compound, an anode comprising active material comprising graphite, and an electrolyte comprising lithium salt, carbonate solvent, and an additive, wherein lithium nickel cobalt aluminum oxide compound has a formula Li(NiaCobAlc)O2, whereby a ≥ 0.85, 0 < b < 1, 0 < c < 1 and the sum of a, b, and c is 1, and the additive is fluoroethylene carbonate in an amount ranging from 0.2-4 vol%, based on the total amount of electrolyte. Furthermore, the invention also discloses a method for preparing the lithium-ion battery according to the present invention. La présente invention concerne une batterie au lithium-ion comprenant une cathode comprenant un matériau actif comprenant un composé d'oxyde d'aluminium cobalt-nickel-lithium, une anode comprenant un matériau actif comprenant du graphite, et un électrolyte comprenant du sel de lithium, un solvant carbonate, et un additif, le composé d'oxyde d'aluminium cobalt-nickel-lithium ayant la formule Li(NiaCobAlc)O2, où a ≥ 0,85, 0 < b < 1, 0 < c < 1 et la somme de a, b, et c est 1, et l'additif est du carbonate de fluoroéthylène en une quantité allant de 0,2 à 4 % en volume, sur la base de la quantité totale d'électrolyte.
