The present invention is applicable to the technical field of batteries, and provides a battery assembly and a camera. The battery assembly comprises a housing, an accommodation cavity being formed inside the housing, and a mounting hole being arranged on the housing; a battery core mounted in the accommodation cavity and used for storing or releasing an electrical energy; a battery connector electrically connected to an external device, provided in the mounting hole, and at least partially exposed to the mounting hole; and a circuit board assembly used for communicating the battery core with the battery connector, the battery connector being fixed onto the circuit board assembly; the circuit board assembly being movably mounted on the housing by means of a position adjustment assembly, so as to adaptively adjust the position of the circuit board assembly relative to the housing; a position adjustment gap being formed between the periphery of the battery connector and the housing.
