The present application discloses a treatment bed for radiotherapy, comprising: a base, a first rotating arm, a second rotating arm, a bed body supporting member and a bed body assembly; a first end of the first rotating arm is pivotally connected to the base, and a first rotation driving apparatus drives the first rotating arm to rotate along a first axis; the second rotating arm is pivotally connected to a second end of the first rotating arm, and a second rotation driving apparatus drives the second rotating arm to rotate along a second axis; the bed body supporting member is movably connected to the second rotating arm, and a first drive apparatus drives the bed body supporting member to reciprocate longitudinally along the second rotating arm; the bed body assembly is pivotally connected to an end part of the bed body supporting member, and a third rotation driving apparatus drives the treatment bed to rotate along a third axis.
