Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a network failure diagnosis method and apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic apparatus. The method comprises: analyzing the alarm information of a network and enabling the generation scenes of the current network failure to form a scene list; obtaining a diagnosis suggestion model suitable for the current network failure, and combining the diagnosis suggestion model with the scene list to generate a diagnosis command sorting list; and executing a diagnosis command according to a priority order in the diagnosis command sorting list and receiving a diagnosis result.
