The powder coating reactor comprises a reaction cylinder (110) and multiple vibration transmission sheets (121). The two ends of the reaction cylinder (110) are provided with openings, and the side wall of the reaction cylinder (110) is provided with multiple first through holes (1110). The multiple vibration transmission sheets (121) are sequentially arranged in the reaction cylinder (110) at intervals. The edge of each vibration transmission sheet (121) is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the reaction cylinder (110). The multiple vibration transmission sheets (121) partition the inner chamber of the reaction cylinder (110) into multiple sub-chambers sequentially arranged in a direction from the opening at one end to the opening at the other end.
