L'invention concerne un procédé de synthèse de la polyépichlorhydrine qui comprend : a) la réaction d'épichlorhydrine avec du trifluoroéthérate de bore en présence d'un solvant; b) l'addition d'épichlorhydrine au produit de la réaction obtenu à l'étape a); c) l'hydrolyse du produit obtenu à l'étape b).
