Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an alternative novel material to botulinum neurotoxin and a preparation method therefor, and more specifically, the present invention relates to a myricetin acetyl derivative and a preparation method therefor, wherein the myricetin acetyl derivative has significantly improved substance stability, including in vivo stability, and has the ability to inhibit SNARE complex formation, and as a result, to inhibit acetylcholine secretion.
La présente invention concerne une nouvelle substance de remplacement à la neurotoxine botulique et son procédé de préparation, et plus précisément, la présente invention concerne un dérivé d'acétyle de myricétine et son procédé de préparation, le dérivé d'acétyle de myricétine présentant une stabilité de substance considérablement améliorée, notamment une stabilité in vivo, et présentant la capacité d'inhiber la formation de complexe SNARE et, en conséquence, d'inhiber la sécrétion d'acétylcholine.
