Zusammenfassung:	The present application relates to the technical field of household appliances, and in particular to an air conditioner indoor unit and an air conditioner. The present application aims to solve the problem that the operation process of fixing a fan wire and an electric heating wire by using a wire tie is complicated. The air conditioner of the present application comprises the air conditioner indoor unit; the air conditioner indoor unit comprises a housing, a fan, and an electric heater; a fan wire is connected to the fan; an electric heating wire is connected to the electric heater; the housing is provided with a fixing plate located at one end of the extension direction of the housing; a wire arranging structure is provided on the outer side of the fixing plate, and is provided with an accommodating gap; and the fan wire and the electric heating wire are accommodated in the accommodating gap.
