Zusammenfassung:A dendritic macromolecule-based method for modifying a solid-phase carrier, comprising the following steps: sequentially treating a solid-phase carrier by using an alkali liquor and plasmas; then sequentially introducing dendritic macromolecules of amino groups and carboxyl groups; after surface carboxyl activation, graft-coupling to an aptamer having an amino group, to obtain a solid-phase carrier that can be used for testing. Compared with conventional ELISA test technology, the surface of the carrier of the present invention has a higher load capacity for test ligands, and therefore test sensitivity is greatly improved, the test limit is lower, the test working linear range is large, and non-specific adsorption of impurities on the surface of the solid-phase carrier can be reduced or completely eliminated, thereby reducing test noise and improving test sensitivity.
