The invention relates to a device for preparing fat removed from a first zone of the body of a patient for re-injection into a second zone of the body of the patient. This device comprises: - a framework comprising a first and a second branch to which a first syringe and a second syringe are connected, - a connector element for connecting these two branches, the connector element engaging in the framework. The connector element is connected to a third syringe and is designed to adopt at least two positions: - an emulsification position, in which the connector element forms, with the first and second branches of the framework, a first circuit for flow of fat between the first syringe and the second syringe, - a transfer position, in which the connector element forms, with the first or second branch of the framework, a second circuit for flow of fat between the first or the second syringe and a third syringe. The connector element comprises a membrane for filtration of the fat. L'invention concerne un dispositif de préparation de graisse prélevée dans une première zone du corps d'un patient pour réinjection dans une seconde zone du corps dudit patient. Ce dispositif comprend: - une armature comprenant une première et une deuxième branche au niveau desquelles une première seringue et une deuxième seringue sont connectées, - un élément de connexion de ces deux branches, l'élément de connexion s'emboitant dans l'armature. L'élément de connexion est connecté à une troisième seringue et est conçu pour prendre au moins deux positions: - une position d'émulsification dans laquelle l'élément de connexion forme avec les première et deuxième branches de l'armature un premier circuit de circulation de la graisse entre la première seringue et la deuxième seringue, - une position de transfert dans laquelle l'élément de connexion forme avec les première ou deuxième branches de l'armature un deuxième circuit de circulation de la graisse entre la première ou la deuxième seringue et une troisième seringue. L'élément de connexion comprend une membrane de filtration de la graisse.
