| Zusammenfassung: | A foreign matter removal device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a spray unit which jets air toward the surfaces of electrodes and removes foreign matter from the surfaces of the electrodes that are being consecutively transported along a direction; a suction unit which sucks in the foreign matter separated from the surfaces of the electrodes; and an extension unit extending between the spray unit and the suction unit, wherein the extension unit has a control portion formed recessed in the direction away from the surfaces of the electrodes.
Un dispositif d'élimination de corps étrangers selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une unité de pulvérisation qui projette de l'air vers les surfaces d'électrodes et élimine les corps étrangers des surfaces des électrodes qui sont transportées consécutivement le long d'une direction ; une unité d'aspiration qui aspire les corps étrangers séparés des surfaces des électrodes ; et une unité d'extension s'étendant entre l'unité de pulvérisation et l'unité d'aspiration, l'unité d'extension ayant une partie de commande évidée dans la direction s'éloignant des surfaces des électrodes.
