The coaxial tube comprises: an outer cylinder body, a middle cylinder body, and a top cap. The middle cylinder body is located in the outer cylinder body. The top cap is located on one end of the outer cylinder body and the middle cylinder body. A first heat exchange cavity is defined between the outer cylinder body and the middle cylinder body. At least two first partition plates are provided between the outer cylinder body and the middle cylinder body. The at least two first partition plates divide the first heat exchange cavity into at least two first sub-exchange cavities, and the at least two first sub-exchange cavities are communicated at the bottom. At least one first inlet and at least one first outlet are formed on the top cap.
