Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a catering area air conditioning system and control method. The catering area air conditioning system comprises: a heating mechanism and an air conditioning mechanism. The air conditioning mechanism comprises: an air conditioner indoor unit. The air conditioner indoor unit is provided with a heat exchange device and an oil fume device. An indoor heat exchanger and a first power device are arranged in the heat exchange device. A second power device is arranged in the oil fume device. According to the catering area air conditioning system provided by the present invention, the heating mechanism, the air conditioning mechanism, and a controller are arranged, and the heat exchange device and the oil fume device are correspondingly arranged in the air conditioner indoor unit.
