Zusammenfassung:	An air conditioner control method, comprising the following steps: pre-setting and storing a plurality of care modes, the care modes comprising an indicator anomaly model; in a standby or power on state, determining whether health information actively inputted by a user is received, the health information comprising a health indicator; determining whether the health indicator matches with the indicator anomaly model corresponding to the care modes; if the health indicator matches with the indicator anomaly model, then invoking correction parameters corresponding to the care modes to correct an operating mode generated according to a user instruction; or if the health indicator does not match with the indicator anomaly model, then invoking push parameters corresponding to the care modes to correct a push mode generated according to a user instruction. Meanwhile, a control apparatus and an air conditioner are also disclosed. The present invention forms a specific control policy or push policy for health informa
