Disclosed are an electric seat headrest and a vehicle seat comprising same. The electric seat headrest comprises a headrest portion (200), and the headrest portion (200) comprises: an electric motor (201); a screw and nut mechanism comprising a lead screw (201a) and a nut (202a); a four-bar linkage (300) comprising a support, a front linkage (301, 355) acting as a first connecting rod, a rear linkage (305, 351) acting as a second connecting rod, and a linkage opposite the support; and a headrest support member (205) mounted to the linkage opposite the support. A screw rod (305, 351) can be driven by the motor (201) to rotate so as to change the position of the nut (202a) on the lead screw (201a) and further drive the four-bar linkage mechanism (300) to move. The linkage opposite the support can move back and forth, such that the headrest support member (205) can move back and forth.
