Zusammenfassung:	A fitness training method, system and apparatus, and a medium, which relate to the field of fitness. The method comprises: obtaining user basic information and a training goal, constructing a fitness training plan, and adjusting the training plan according to user preference; obtaining a video retrieval sequence according to the adjusted training plan; according to the video retrieval sequence, sequentially retrieving video clips and action clips to obtain target video clips, and splicing the target video clips to generate a fitness video; and adjusting the target video clips according to attributes of the target video clips. According to the foregoing method, a customized fitness training plan can be provided for a user according to information such as user preference, not only achieving the training goal of the user, but also allowing the user to watch a variety of target video clips, thereby improving the customization and fun of fitness videos, enhancing the fitness experience, and strengthening the fitne
