Zusammenfassung:A method for acquiring single photon signals of electrochemiluminescence or an extremely small number of isolated photon signals, comprising an electrochemiluminescence reaction system and a photon signal acquisition system. The electrochemiluminescence reaction system triggers an electrochemiluminescence reaction; and the photon signal acquisition system is used for acquiring single photon signals released by the electrochemiluminescence reaction or an extremely small number of isolated photon signals, wherein the single photon signals or the extremely small number of isolated photon signals are generated by a single molecule electrochemical reaction. An imaging system for electrochemiluminescence and an application thereof can improve the resolution of imaging, and break through an optical diffraction limit to achieve super-resolution; and an image resolution obtained by performing imaging by using the method can be reduced to be within an Abbe diffraction limit.
