Also provided are compositions comprising the DNAzyme; vectors including the DNAzymes; pharmaceutical compositions including the vectors; and methods including any of the above for cleaving a target RNA; inducing cell death; and treating various diseases and disorders. La présente invention concerne des ADNzymes modifiées, y compris des ADNzymes comportant des séquences en porte-à-faux non complémentaires de l'ARN cible, en particulier, des séquences en porte-à-faux à forte teneur en guanine.
