Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a chemical compound of general formula (I) obtained from the sequential aerobic/anaerobic fermentation of an unrefined sugar substrate by means of the yeast Pichia membranifaciens, which exhibits a significant bactericidal effect on pathogenic bacteria relevant to the agricultural industry. La presente invención proporciona un compuesto químico de formula general (I) obtenido a partir de la fermentación secuencial aeróbica/anaeróbica, de un sustrato de azucares no refinados por la levadura Pichia membranifaciens, que presenta un marcado efecto bactericida en bacterias patógenas relevantes para la industria agrícola. La présente invention concerne un composé chimique de formule générale (I) obtenu à partir de la fermentation séquentielle aérobie/anaérobie d'un substrat de sucres non raffinés par la levure Pichia membranifaciens, qui présente un effet bactéricide marqué sur des bactéries pathogènes importantes pour l'industrie agricole.
