Furthermore, the invention relates to foodstuff, luxury food, food supplements, semi-finished products, pet foods, aroma or fragrances, comprising the aroma or fragrance composition according to the present invention. Finally, the present invention pertains to the use of 4-methylheptan-3-one as aroma/flavour or odorant. La présente invention concerne de nouvelles compositions d'arôme/flaveur ou de parfum comprenant de la 4-méthylheptan-3-one, un procédé de préparation desdites compositions et leur utilisation. L'invention concerne en outre une substance alimentaire, un aliment de luxe, des compléments alimentaires, des produits semi-finis, des aliments pour animaux de compagnie, des arôme ou des parfums, comprenant la composition d'arôme ou de parfum selon la présente invention. La présente invention porte finalement sur l'utilisation, comme arôme/flaveur ou substance odorante, de la 4-méthylheptan-3-one.
