EVAPORATION PIPE WINDING METHOD AND EVAPORATION PIPE WINDING DEVICE

An evaporation pipe winding method, comprising the following steps: sleeving a liner (200) on a mold; fixing a free end of an evaporation pipe to a set position of the liner; and winding the liner, wherein when the evaporation pipe is wound to a middle region of a side wall (201), the liner is controlled to rotate at a first rotation speed; and when the evaporation pipe is wound to a connecting region of adjacent side walls, the liner is controlled to rotate at a second rotation speed that is less than the first rotation speed. Further disclosed is an evaporation pipe winding device using the method. According to the evaporation pipe winding method, the design of the liner winding process is optimized and can prevent the formation of abnormal gaps and tightening marks in the connecting region of the adjacent side walls, thereby improving the production efficiency and product quality.
