Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the present invention are a temperature compensation circuit and method for a storage and operation array of a neural network. A reference voltage is provided for an ADC by means of a reference array that is sparsely inserted in a storage and operation array, such that an input voltage of the ADC has the same temperature coefficient as the reference voltage, and finally the ADC is used to perform analog-to-digital conversion, such that a digital output of the ADC is not affected by an external temperature, thereby guaranteeing the operation precision of a neural network.
