Zusammenfassung: | A patient-ventilator asynchrony classification method and system, a terminal and a storage medium. The method comprises: collecting respiration data of multiple channels, such as a simulated flow channel, a tidal volume channel, paw, alveolar pressure, intrapleural pressure, cardiac pressure and a bellows position channel, under patient-ventilator asynchrony events that are simulated by a TestChest and a ventilator; performing permutation disalignment index (PDI) feature extraction on the respiration data, and labeling the respiration data according to extracted PDI features; inputting the labeled respiration data into a network model for training, so as to obtain a trained patient-ventilator asynchrony classification model; and classifying the patient-ventilator asynchrony events by means of the trained patient-ventilator asynchrony classification model.
