Zusammenfassung:A grain thick pulp and a production method therefor. The production method comprises the following steps: soaking raw materials; pulping; performing enzymatic hydrolysis retention; separating the pulp and the residue; performing enzyme deactivation by means of steam jet technology; degassing; homogenizing; cooling and storing; batching; and performing ultra-high temperature sterilization. In the step of performing enzyme deactivation by means of steam jet technology, steam is directly injected into the grain raw pulp obtained after separating the pulp and the residue, the enzyme deactivation temperature is 105-108°C, and the deactivation time is 70-90 s.
