The air outlet structure comprises a housing (31); the inside of the housing (31) is hollow to form an air outlet passage (32) and a return water passage (33); a water storage cavity (213) communicated with the interior of the inner liner (21) is formed on the outer periphery of the bottom of the inner liner (21); the return water passage (33) has a water inlet end communicated with the air outlet passage (32) and a water outlet end extending into the water storage cavity (213) and communicated with the water storage cavity (213).
