L'invention a pour objet un nouveau dérivé conjugué méthotrexate-glucose, sa synthèse, et son utilisation dans le traitement et la prévention de néoplasmes, de préférence dans le traitement et la prévention de néoplasmes choisis parmi : le cancer de la peau, le cancer colorectal, le cancer du sein, le cancer gastrique, le sarcome et le cancer du poumon.
