Provided is an injection needle (1A) having projections that project from a sheet base part 2, in which the projections include a first projection (31) that has an opening (31a) at the tip part thereof and is hollow and a second projection (32) that does not have an opening at the tip part thereof, an insertion depth control part (40) is provided at an intermediate position that is located at a position lower than the tip of the first projection (31) and higher than the surface of the sheet base part (2). It is preferred that the difference in height between the position of the tip of the first projection (31) and the position of the insertion depth control part (40) is 1 μm to 5000 μm inclusive.
