Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a polyimide film prepared from a liquid composition comprising a liquid composition comprising (a) a polyamic acid having a repeat unit structure of Formula I wherein Ra is the same or different at each occurrence and represents one or more tetracarboxylic acid component residues and Rb is the same or different at each occurrence and represents one or more diamine component residues, (b) one or more phosphorous-containing additivesm and (c) a high-boiling aprotic solvent. Also disclosed are processes for making the film and uses of the film in electronic devices. L'invention concerne un film de polyimide préparé à partir d'une composition liquide, comprenant une composition liquide constituée (a) d'un acide polyamique ayant une structure d'unités de répétition de formule I dans laquelle Ra est identique ou différent à chaque occurrence et représente un ou plusieurs résidus de constituant acide tétracarboxylique et Rb est identique ou différent à chaque occurrence et représente un ou plusieurs résidus de constituant diamine, (b) d'un ou plusieurs additifs contenant du phosphore et (c) d'un solvant aprotique à point d'ébullition élevé. L'invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication du film et des utilisations du film dans des dispositifs électroniques.
