Provided is a prepreg obtained by impregnating a fiber base material having a thickness of 40 μm or more with a thermosetting resin composition, wherein the fiber base material has a region in which the thermosetting resin composition is impregnated and a region in which the thermosetting resin composition is not impregnated, and has a surface waviness (Wa) of 5.0 μm or less.
