The method comprises: when it is detected that an original modulation wave comparison value of the current period is within a preset narrow pulse interval of an upper switch tube, determining an upper tube adjustment interval to which the original modulation wave comparison value currently belongs; and according to a correspondence between upper tube adjustment intervals and adjusted modulation wave comparison values, adjusting the original modulation wave comparison value to an adjusted modulation wave comparison value corresponding to the upper tube adjustment interval to which the original modulation wave comparison value currently belongs.
