The water-proof and oil-proof air pressure sensor comprises: a circuit board (1) having a vent hole (5), an air pressure sensing element (2) and a chip (3) for processing air pressure data, which are mounted on the circuit board (1), and a housing (4) mounted on the circuit board (1) for covering the air pressure sensing element (2) and the chip (3), wherein the vent hole (5) is located below the air pressure sensing element (2); the housing (4) is provided with an air intake hole (6); and the positions of the air intake hole (6) and the air pressure sensing element (2) are relatively staggered.
