Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a distribution rod for continuous production and the use thereof. The distribution rod comprises a feed inlet, a main runner and 2n sub-runners, wherein n is a positive integer equal to or greater than 2; a side of the main runner is connected to the feed inlet and a side thereof opposite the side connected to the feed inlet is connected to the 2n sub-runners; and the main runner is a variable-sectioned main runner, and the cross-sectional area of the variable-sectioned main runner is reduced from the center to the two ends of the variable-sectioned main runner. The variable-sectioned main runner can avoid the defect of a sharp reduction in a flow speed of a common specified-sectioned main runner from the center to the two ends, a reasonable residence time of materials in the distribution rod is guaranteed, the possibility that the materials react to become tackified and solidify to block the runner is reduced, the service life of the distribution rod is prolonged, and obtaining a polyurethane p
