LEAD TAB EDGE-ROUNDING APPARATUS FOR SECONDARY BATTERY

A lead tab edge-rounding apparatus for a secondary battery disclosed herein comprises: a loading unit on which a lead tab manufactured in a lead tab-manufacturing apparatus is loaded and placed; a primary edge processing unit which is installed behind the loading unit, aligns the lead tab conveyed from the loading unit, and processes, into a round shape, both edges of one end portion of a metal lead, wherein the one end portion is adjacent to an insulating film; a secondary edge processing unit which is installed behind the primary edge processing unit, aligns the lead tab conveyed from the primary edge processing unit, and processes, into a round shape, both edges of the other end portion of the metal lead, wherein the other end portion is spaced apart from the insulating film; an unloading unit which is installed behind the secondary edge processing unit, stacks lead tabs conveyed from the secondary edge processing unit, and discharges the stacked lead tabs to the outside; and a conveyance unit which loads a lead tab, which is to have both edges of one end portion and both edges of the other end portion of a metal lead processed, from the lead tab-manufacturing apparatus onto the loading unit, and conveys the lead tab loaded on the loading unit to the primary edge processing unit, the secondary edge processing unit, and the unloading unit.
