The novel peptide or a fragment thereof, of the present invention, has excellent skin-brightening and wrinkle reduction effects, is a small-sized peptide formulation, and has few side effects, and thus can be widely used in a cosmetic composition for skin-brightening or wrinkle reduction. La présente invention concerne un nouveau peptide et une composition cosmétique le comprenant, ainsi qu'une composition cosmétique comprenant un nouveau peptide dérivé de Chlorella protothecoides pour avoir un excellent effet d'éclaircissement de la peau ou de réduction des rides.
