La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention ou le traitement de maladies inflammatoires, la composition pharmaceutique comprenant des vésicules extracellulaires dérivées de levure, en tant que principe actif, la levure étant une levure dérivée du genre Komagataella et n'exprimant pas une protéine recombinante. 효모 유래의 세포외 소낭(extracellular vesicle)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 염증질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물로, 상기 효모는 코마가타엘라 속(Komagataella genus) 유래의 효모이고, 상기 효모는 재조합 단백질을 발현하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 염증질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.
