TRANSACTION INTERMEDIATION SERVER, TRANSACTION INTERMEDIATION PROGRAM, AND TRANSACTION INTERMEDIATION METHOD

The present invention realizes intermediation of a transaction beneficial to both a consumer and a vendor. A transaction intermediation server (SV) according to the present invention is a transaction intermediation server that connects, via a communication network, with each of a first terminal (D1) operated by a prospective purchaser of a product or the like, and a second terminal (D2) operated by a prospective provider of the product or the like, said transaction intermediation server comprising: a first reception unit (1) that receives, from the first terminal, desire-to-purchase information representing a desired purchase product or the like that the prospective purchaser wishes to purchase; a first perusal control unit (3) that makes the desired purchase information perusable for the prospective provider; a second reception unit (4) that receives, from the second terminal, desire-to-provide information including providing conditions for the desired purchase product or the like; a second perusal control unit (6) that makes the desire-to-provide information perusable for the prospective purchaser; and a storage unit (M) that stores the desire-to-purchase information and the desire-to-provide information in association. The first perusal control unit makes the desire-to-purchase information perusable only during a first time interval (L1) after the first reception unit has received the prospective purchase information, and the second perusal control unit makes the desire-to-provide information perusable only during a second time interval (L2) after the second reception unit has received the desire-to-provide information when the second reception unit has received the desire-to-provide information within the first time interval.
