The present invention relates to a contact structure applied to a tunneling type solar cell. The tunneling type solar cell comprises: a silicon substrate, a dielectric layer, and electrodes, one surface of the dielectric layer being in contact with the silicon substrate; the contact structure is arranged on the other surface of the dielectric layer and comprises polycrystalline silicon layers and doped layers; the doped layers and the polycrystalline silicon layers are alternately arranged on the dielectric layer; the thickness of each doped layer is greater than that of each polycrystalline silicon layer; one end of each doped layer is in contact with the dielectric layer, and the other end is in contact with the corresponding electrode; the doping concentration of one end of each doped layer in contact with the dielectric layer is less than that of the other end of the doped layer in contact with the electrode.
